Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account. The exact timing depends on your payment provider's policies.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake. If you received a discount on your original purchase, the refund amount will reflect the discounted price paid.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as some institutions require additional time to process the transaction. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us immediately with your order details and we will investigate the matter.

For payments made via PayPal, we recommend checking your PayPal account directly as refunds often appear there before being transferred to your linked bank account.
