All items are inspected, packaged, and dispatched from our fulfillment centers within 1-2 business days to maintain quality during transit.

Shipping Timeframe

Processing typically takes 1-2 business days after order confirmation. Delivery durations vary based on your location and selected shipping method. While most domestic orders arrive within the estimated window, international shipments may require additional transit time due to customs clearance. Seasonal demand or unforeseen carrier delays could occasionally extend delivery periods.

We offer flexible shipping options tailored to your needs:

Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $15 for orders under $60 | Free for orders $60+
Table Rate Shipping (5-10 Business Days): $25 for orders under $60 | Free for orders $60+

Expedited and express services may be available during checkout for time-sensitive deliveries.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to over 50 countries across North America, Europe, and select Asia-Pacific regions. Some remote locations or areas with shipping restrictions may not be serviceable. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details. Monitor your package's journey directly through the carrier's website or via our "Order Status" portal. If tracking information doesn't update within 48 hours of shipment notification, please check your spam folder or reach out to us.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive for timely deliveries, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues or customs hold-ups. If your package exceeds the estimated delivery window by more than 5 business days or shows as "delivered" but hasn't arrived, contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We'll collaborate with the carrier to resolve the issue and keep you informed throughout the process.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or brokerage charges determined by your local authorities. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping costs. We recommend checking your country's regulations before ordering. While we declare accurate product values to facilitate clearance, we cannot predict or reimburse these charges. Some carriers may collect fees upon delivery.
